Attaching Fence Panels to a Wall

I've just had a wall built to replace fence panels which I am fed up fixing after every storm. However, I do not like the look of the wall and want to clad it with fence panels.

What would be the best way to do this? Can I just screw them straight to the wall or should I batten the wall first?

I’d express-nail batons and then wood screw the panels.

You can get nice bambo which can be put up along the wall, looks pretty good.

I'd batton the wall at the top and bottom and then fix the panels to the batton. Less masonry drilling involved .

Frame fixings, drill a hole , hammer in it. move on do the next one.

Its very simple one at top one at bottom. They are designed exactly for this purpose.

Express nails are a better job here.

Battening the wall and then screwing on the panels seems to be the way to go.
