Too many and the f*ckers don't really do anything except from snorting cocaine in the Shelbourne jacks.

Went into one there a few months ago to arrange a viewing, little did I know that he didn't even have the sale of the place but had surreptitiously put up a for sale sign outside it (commercial property, owners in UK) and he had fierce problems """finding""" the keys. While I was in there he charged someone €150 to change the price on a house and the reason for the fee was to "keep the wheels of commerce going" as he said.

People seem to forget that estate agents work for the seller and their job is to get the best price possible/fast sale.

In terms of the breakdown of companies and individuals, do you have that information at hand?

No, excel did. :) I ignored those with only an A or D licence as they are not estate agents.

    The work for themselves.

It's more profitable to turnover two house quickly than selling one for a good price.
