Maybe include the details and forms in info packs they send out to drivers. Surely they have enough time sitting around at the ranks to read such important info?

In any case, I'd say it's a moot point now - putting it on Liveline means all the taxier drivers (dead or alive) now know about it

Those signs are up in post offices and charity shops here. Don't really see a problem with them.
