Road bike rental in, Portimão, Portugal.

Hi all,

Heading over to Portomao in May for a week's holiday and wouldn't mind renting a road bike for couple of days so I can get out for a couple of spins. Happy to go solo but would prefer to go with a group. +/- 100km with moderate climbing.

I looked offline but nothing jumped out as being suitable.

Any suggestions?

I stayed in alvor couple years ago, beside portimao. Lovely part of the world, nice cycling around there. I took my own bike though, was only around 100 quid for it on the plane. Likewise didn't see much online renting, but that was 2012

theres a good hilly stage of the Volta ao Algarve near you up to Monchique

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

I stumbled across https://www.sunbiketoursalgarve.com who are close to Portimao and look to be highly regarded.

Now that I know I can either rent a bike for going solo or do a tour or two I just have to figure out how to get my wife to suggest I should go do it :P
