I'm looking a properties for sale and some have "UPVC windows" while other have "UPVC double glazed windows". I always thought UPVC windows were double glazed but now I have my doubts.

Can someone tell me, are there UPVC single glazed windows?

Estate agents are pretty useless and so often do not reply to email requests for further information.

    Thanks in advance.

Most UPVC probably are double . Year of construction is more important and location . Wall type and floor insulation also important.
