Getting a job in anti-money laundering in Dublin

Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction of someone to advise my wife on landing a position in this field. She is Brazilian, has a background in credit checks at home but hasn't worked in this field for the past four years as she's been here. I'd imagine she'll have to upskill to get something here, but we just can't get anyone to tell us what courses to do.
We've tried various financial recruitment agencies but have heard nothing back from them. I'm at a loss as to who to know who else to contact. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Meantime, she's applying for jobs, but not getting many answers.
