    Hi,

I'm considering buying a 2011 Nissan Note (or another year after), would anyone who owns one recommend it in terms of petrol consumption?

Also, are they expensive to insure (all other personal factors aside, of course).

    Thank you.

    https://www.spritmonitor.de/en/overview/33-Nissan/942-Note.html?fueltype=2&constyear_s=2011&constyear_e=2011&powerunit=2

6.78 l/100km or 42 MPG based on 17 owners (1.4 and 1.6). Seems OK for a car like that.

    We have a 06 1.6 auto for 3 years

06-13 model is an economical model insurance/fuel consumption wise. Just make sure you are happy with suspension setup with high spec models(stiff springs + low profile tyres) and listen steering rack for a clunk during test drive. It doesn't cause any issue but annoying. One last issue is steering doesn't have reach adjustment so make sure you are happy with driving position.

Other than those it is pretty well designed,, equipped (more toys after 08) and easy to drive small mpv. Wife doesn't want to change it to anything I pointed yet.
