Does anyone have an idea of when seagreen next phase is being released? Hard to find proper info online. In terms of that area. Is traffic very bad?? I drove into seagreen and really liked the houses. No set guide price for next phase either & probably huge demand !!

FWIW my commute from Charlesland goes like this:
    • I get 84x at 6:45/7ish
    • In office near Leeson St for 8am.
    • Mrs.O1 drops kids at creche around 7:30 and gets dart at 8 (park and ride), she's in office for 9am.
    • I leave office around 4:30pm and get Dart.
    • In Greystones before 6pm, pick up car and head to creche.
    • If Mrs O1 leaves office at 5:30p, she will be home around 7ish

If living in Charlesland and working in town leaving after 8 is not viable with standard work hours.

    Worth it?
For us, yes. We love it, though I have a very flexible job atm and can work from home quite a bit.
