            Leinster Indoors
            Bohermeen Half Marathon
            MSB 5k
            Dunboyne 4 mile
            K Club 10k

            Willing to open up the floor to other suggestions.

            It means I'm trying to give you the opportunity to get into this little game. :D

            Too early to decide. I'll see how Bohermeen goes and how I recover from it. There's only 2 weeks between them. I'm guessing I'd be advised to do nothing but easy runs between them.

            OK - hope I'm doing this right - converting Dunboyne time (26:24) to 10k equivalent (42:39) using the designated calculator, and comparing with 10k equivalent of previous 5m PB (33:52 Raheny 2017), as no previous 4m race to compare.
