    Okay folks,
    Have an issue that may need some advice.
    Have set up a new account on Ebay as I had not used Ebay in such a long time.
    4 days in a row I got a Suspension Notice,
    When I contacted Ebay, I was given no information as it is apparently against Ebay policy to state why!!
    My question is this,
    Is it legal to suspend/terminate an account without giving the reasons why?

    Their service, they can do what they want. No legal issues.

    Duplicate accounts are a specific no-no so they may have detected the old one

    Hmmm,
    Hadn't thought of that,
    I wondered if it was because I was using a work laptop, from a closed network.
