Earlier today while driving, my car (2003 Honda Civic automatic) slowed and stalled, the battery indicator and the malfunction indicator lights came on the dash. Earlier today while driving, my car (2003 Honda Civic automatic) slowed and stalled, the battery indicator and the malfunction indicator lights came on the dash. I turned the engine off and back on and it drove again a short distance with the malfunction indicator light still on the dash. Later this evening I drove the car again for a few km and it drives perfectly well but the malfunction indicator is still on the dash.. any advice welcome.

Get a garage to run a diagnostic scan.
