Hi again, just wondering what the consensus would be about applying for a job that you have already interviewed for but you weren't successful and have not received the 'unsuccessful' letter before it was re-advertised. It's a subject in demand. I think it's poor management to have someone attend interview and not inform them before advertising again. Any thoughts?

It could be readvertised because of something that went wrong on their end, not interviewing enough people or just a paperwork issue. You lose nothing by reapplying.

Is it not odd that the OP would have been informed of the result of the interview before the post being re-advertised???

Go again, if they don't want you, you won't be shortlisted. This happens lots so don't let it put you off. Often its that they didnt interview enough people or that the hours/school needs might have changed etc
