Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    This is painful watching.

Could be over well before half time if Italy keep going like this

Game is already done, it's just a matter of how many Wales score. Italy have regressed something serious the last few years.

Edit: then they score :p I stand by my original assessment though!

Well at least Italy look to found a gem in Matteo Minozzi. Great try.

    Smashing from Minozzi.

    Nice kick

C'mon Italy. Make this a game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

At the start of the season the Pro14 website featured Minozzi as a player to watch : https://www.pro14rugby.org/2017/09/23/one-watch-matteo-minozzi/

Italy with ball are getting there. Without ball they're still ****e

    That chip kick. Fantastic.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,498 ✭✭✭✭fullstop

That's a brilliant kick from Evans...maybe ahead though?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

    That should be overturned. Unlucky.

    What a kick

    God Italy are sho**ing sh*t......

After they didn't vote with Ireland I think we should vote to kick them out.....

They are a joke to the tournament at this stage

    Shocker from Parisse.

Tommaso Allan seems to have come on a lot in the past season.

Surprisingly Parisse is having a very poor game

  • Registered Users Posts: 837 ✭✭✭Subpopulus

You can rely on Italy to make some clanger of a mistake once every 10 minutes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,018 ✭✭✭Bridge93

Italy have been the better team

Parisse has been muck all this 6 nations. Really he should be a bench player at this stage but Italy have no replacement

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,722 ✭✭✭nice_guy80

Welsh player put his hand on the ball twice to slow it down

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,722 ✭✭✭nice_guy80

Wales go over the top at nearly every breakdown

don't know how they get away with it

    about 6 penalties now

They are well in this game. With the Scots at home next weekend, will be a competitive game too.

Missed the England/France games. But you're right, there really are no better options.

Italy still making the same basic mistakes, Wales are pedestrian and look even disinterested

Williams with a dirty hit surprise surprise

    Red card

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,119 ✭✭✭Jack Kanoff

    It's a red...I agree.

Ref bottled that... doesn't matter what he did with the arm after.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,140 ✭✭✭fitz

Clear red, Garces completely bottled that.

Wales consistently get away with dangerous chop tackles and poor technique

    Very lucky boy.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Unlike many previous, I don't think Williams intended that but it was surely a red card anyway?
Hit to the neck? Caught him square in the chops by the look if it.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18,958 ✭✭✭✭Shefwedfan

That is a disgrace.....he clearly hit his head.....

Has Warburton retired from playing with Wales?

If not, surely he's incapable of being an unbiased analyst.

C'est une carte rouge, touts les jours.

Hes been a part time player his whole career.

He's just said that the yellow could have been red ... fair enough

Just saw the tackle. Amazed it's not a red given similar instances.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,018 ✭✭✭Bridge93

Knock on not called, going to cost Italy. Everything going Wales way

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Liam Williams still handing out dirty cheap shots. In other news 2+2 still equals 4.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

Italian defence is made of styrofoam.

Italian prop holding onto around 3 Welsh on the ground there, hilarious, was pulling them down over him and all. Hinesesque!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

Italy would absolutely break your heart.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Georgia are surely not far away from being involved now? Whether it's relegation or just adding a 7th team I has to happen.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,119 ✭✭✭Jack Kanoff

You would still take Italy to beat Georgia 9 times out of 10
