At this rate he will have to retire at 25 if he does that!

He doesnt have a drop goal to his name yet either. Serious weakness in his game I think.

Can you give your anti Aki thing a rest it’s getting tiresome. We get that you don’t like foreigners playing but this is just childish now.
Aki had a very good start to his test career but he has waned somewhat and has been outshone by those around him in the last few games. Excellent option to have but I think he's potentially the odd man out right now if Henshaw is fit.

Quite possibly. Watched him particularly for the first 20 yesterday and he saw very little ball - he was running decoy lines for Ringrose a lot. Should have distributed instead of going for the line himself when Murray was held up short, but apart from that once he started getting some ball I thought he was good. Great to have some competition in midfield, if only we could keep them all fit!

In my humble opinion, Ringrose is the best 13 by a long way. I haven't seen the match but by reading about it, he was class. Henshaw is probably better as a 12. All four options are good enough. Joe will have a major migraine when all are fit. Humbly submitted without provocation.

Considering Aki has had to play with 3 different partners outside him in 4 games. I think he's doing very well.

Is he perfect? No, but some of the criticism thrown at him is very harsh.

I didn't see any criticism for the 'glaring errors' in Farrell's game last week when he missed more tackles than anyone else on the team.

Same goes for Ringrose , 2 penalties and a missed tackle but Aki get singled out. Not to say Ringrose had a bad game, But AKi has played very well for us in the last few games.

I feel that Schmidt rates him highly, and even with everyone fit i think he would have Aki at 12

    Congrats Ireland. Well deserved.

GS definitely on if England's penalty concession curve is maintained.

Well colour me confused then. Because all you've said is pure conspiracy theory with absolutely no back up.

You want to accuse somebody of something (which 'something' isn't at all clear), you'd better be prepared to back it up with something that the rest of us can assess as to its accuracy. Absent of that, you're sliding into an area that is, as far as I'm aware, against the charter here.

You want backup - checkout al the IP addresses on Leinsterfans and see how many of them are owned by Robs fellow school goers. Perhaps not now but certainly going back 10-15 years ago when the site was set up.

Truth is I don’t have the money to get a lawyer to do it and quite frankly I don’t know that they broke any laws they just engaged in anti patriotic uncitizenly behaviour. Sure they did it on this site on the schools thread before the Michaels Clongowes game. Check the IP addresses and then tell me I’m mad

Personally I think Aki's presence brings a lot of intangibles to the field that are hard to measure - for example he seems like a really dependable defensive and attacking support player and that can free up others around him to take more risks. And he stepped up to the international level with no learning curve too, which has probably been massively helpful in creating a sense of stability when newer players are being put in beside him, something that's downright vital while Henshaw is out.

Look, the involvement of Smersh in this was never proven. And as well as being denied, as we would expect, did seem to be backed up by the CIA if you join the dots in their response to it. I will grant you it had the finger prints of the Bilderberg Group all over it. But was/is Kearney a member, or was it old Clongowes boys group pushing that agenda? Harder to say. The bottom line is that Rob was always destined for a long stint in the Irish 15 jersey. If it was fast tracked a little bit, then so what. It didnt really change the end result.
(and just to close of the other 'theory' - Mossad did not hack boards.ie back in the day, nor the CWC website. That really just is fantasy theory.)

The amount of work that Aki gets through in protecting the ball, clearing rucks, in defense is extraordinary. He has being given a specific role by Schmidt and is doing at excellent job.

Can I post on this subject in relation to Gordon Darcy. Or perhaps the Clongowes past pupils behaviour while on the stand in front of the country at the Brian Murphy murder trial.

All conspiracy theories I suppose according to most posters. Or perhaps too sensitive an issue to admit we have all contributed to by denial their disgraceful behaviour in this country and online on this and other websites is actually happening.

Go into denial call me crazy but I will stand by and defend the truth on here and elsewhere to the death. They are have been and probably will continue to be involved in disgraceful uncitizenly and unpatriotic animalistic behaviour. A disgrace to their country and national jersey

All this because Rob didn't pout enough (all guesses welcome) while receiving the MOTM award. Even in glory he brings the worst out of people

I was working at an Irish pub over here in the US and was getting frantic as to how I could work as little as possible on Paddy's Day so I could see at least some of the game.

Then corporate came in and shut the place down last week so now I'm going to be absolutely ****faced at 10 in the morning instead. Swings and roundabouts :D

It's a bank holiday...not a public holiday... technically it's a normal working day for 85% of the population.
