I graduated university in June 2017 and moved from the UK to Ireland in August 2017 to start work at a leading tech company (this was my first ever full time job). I worked in Ireland until February 2018 (just under 6 months to be exact). I have now moved back to the UK and don't intend on returning to Ireland to work as I am starting a new job in London in the coming weeks. Which form do I complete to be issued a tax refund (not sure if I will be due one)?

Your employment spanned two tax years.

You should have received a P60 for 2017 which would show your salary and the amount of tax paid, if any. Check it and see whether you paid any PAYE at all during 2017.

For this year, see here:- https://www.revenue.ie/en/life-events-and-personal-circumstances/moving-to-or-from-ireland/leaving-ireland/are-you-entitled-to-a-refund-of-tax.aspx
