    If only there was some kind of govt. services card that allowed for centralised management of citizen engagement with government and the co-ordination of information between organs of the state.

    Was flicking through the channels and just ahem, came across Philip's "Phwooooarrrr!". Was wondering "WTF was that about?" to myself to find it was about cream buns. Perhaps he was thinking of a different type of cream, or fond memories of soggy biscuit whilst he was residing in the dormitory of whatever poshboy svhool he went to?
