Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think Kane is a lock this week.

Jose will have a plan to shut Salah down I think, probably along the lines of McTominay following him around kicking him into the middle of next week :P

Good old fashioned bus. McTominay was hauled at half time when Palace were giving them a beating. Be shocked if he appeared against Liverpool.

Have been on the Salah auto-captain bus for ages now but was all set to jump ship to Kane this week, but....

anyone else think Spurs might have a toxic hangover after last night's game?

There is a slim chance 4th won't qualify for CL next season, they have to push on.

Utd play Liverpool this w/e, points will be dropped.

Not Kane leaning towards Salah but not sure even of that. If I get rid of sterling maybe who I get in.

Kane most likely. Have Haz as well but you just don't know what to expect from Chelsea these days

Ballsy call of it currently being on Walcott

Momentum has fallen apart in the last few weeks. Captaining Aguero

Have been saying the last few GWs, you have Salah, you captain him, but Kane looks so damn tempting this GW.

Am i right in thinking the only way this happens is if 5th win CL and Arsenal win EL?

Slim chance, but it could happen.

Time for a punt, currently on Sane but also considering Mahrez........watch as I play it safe and go with Kane.

I'm thinking DDG as the lad who's behind me in the paid league that I'm winning will have him captained. He could get a double figure score if he keeps a clean sheet.

    That's a big if though...

    I’m very tempted by mahrez
The fact they have nothing to play for league wise is putting me off though

Spurs euro hangover is a real possibility but it’s mahrez or Kane for me

Mahrez was cack last week free kick aside, I remember in the GW thread people lamenting bringing him in. Can't see how he is a viable captain option this week, just seems like a punt for the sake of a punt.

    He wasn't
He could have had another goal and assist with it. I watched MOTD on Sunday . Fully warranted a double digit haul. Which he also should/could have gad the week before.
    Also West Brom............
and then Salah is away to Jose's bus
    Mahrez or Kane for me

Bournemouth are in decent form and Kane / Spurs could have a downer. It has to be the little Kun. Stoke are muck.

They've improved defensively since Lambert took over. Wouldn't be surprised if they spring a shock or at least keep City from running riot.

On Kane at the moment but tempted my Salah or Augero.

You can't spell Mourinho without 0-0 so I'm sure he'll have a plan for Mo

    Bournemouth can't keep clean sheets.
    On Kane.

Kane has six goals in four appearances against Bournemouth, it's tempting. Hard to tell whether Spurs will be on a downer or in bounce back mode, though.

On the other hand, CL progression or not you'd imagine Pep was fuming about the loss against Basel. That was probably the worst outcome for Stoke. Aguero captain on a MNF is also tempting.

Probably will be a coin toss.

Brought auba in and making him captain. Time for a mad punt

Head says Kane... heart says Kun

    So conflicted :-/

    Gw29 - both drew
    Gw28 both drew
Gw27 - stoke drew Bournemouth lost 4-1 to Huddersfield

Kane although I'm slightly tempted by Walcott.
