Why does the online direct debit cancellation form ask my name and mobile number? Surely your online banking system can tell who is logged in!

Thanks for your post.

We would have these fields in our Online Direct Debit cancellation form, and not have them pre-filled, to ensure that you do not select to cancel the direct debit in error. We'll certainly forward your feedback in relation to this to our Online team.
