    Hi,

Is there a way of testing wifi , broadband on a line ? i have tried turning the moden on and off, moving the router, reseting using the pin hole at the back and still i have unusable wifi even when in the same room as the router.

It is the same with numerous devices so it is not a device fault

i got a new router a couple of months ago and still no joy, speeds on a wired connection is ok, nothing close to what we are "supposed" to be getting.

I am seriously close to just canceling the account

    Hi again,

despite having someone call out to my house in September to test the line and swap the router which made little or no improvement it has now got to the stage where I have to turn OFF wifi on my device when I get home.

I am paying € 67 for broadband that I cant used unless using a wired connection and even that is poor, a phone I don't use and eir sports I barley watch, is there an alternative modem you can supply.

I did a speed tested this Moring at 6am and my speed when standing beside the modem was 1.19 download and 0.19 upload
