Low pressure - so attic tank not filling

I'm in Dartry area.  Even though our water came back on this morning at about 9.30, the pressure is so low that our water tank in the attic isn't filling - nothing coming in.  It's not an airlock or anything as I tried using the garden hose to add water but the pressure wasn't enough for any water to get through.

Irish Water needs to restore full pressure for *some* period each day (however short), so that tanks can refill.

    Hi,

Updates for the area can be seen on wtr.ie/Dublin and our news page and we hope this is now resolved for you.

    Thanks,
    Mairead

    Hi Irish Water

I have the same problem in the Glasnevin area. No water at all through hot taps, even outside of restriction times. Cold water is running. Can you update?

    Thanks

As your cold, kitchen tap is running, it suggests that you may have an airlock.

    Please see here for more.

    Thanks,
