Facebook account hacked and all content deleted

    Hi all,
    My wife’s FB account has been hacked and now all her content can’t be accessed by her? She has years of memories and photos as well as admin rights to other FB groups that may now be compromised. I can still see her account and everything in it but she can’t logon to it.
    Where can she go to get this account re-accessed?
    Any help would’ve greatly appreciated

    Can she not access the email address the facebook account is linked to?

    Yes she can. She received an email saying that her registered phone number was being used by someone else and if she wanted to change or update it she should.
    She has tried to login but couldn’t get in with her password. The account is still visible as far as I can see but someone else seems to have changed the password... she’s currently freaking out so any help would be appreciated

    Why does the title read "All content deleted" when in your first post that you can still see the content from your account??

    Because that what she told me had happened... alas it’s still there but inaccessible.
    I’ll follow up the link provided in the other post.

    So how was it deleted but you could see it? Anyway.. she could always try the forgotten password option and send a replacement to her email.
