I have my Virgin Media Hub 3.0 set to modem only mode, and DD-WRT on my router with the WAN connection type set to DHCP.

Is there a way to access the VM Hub's WebUI over my LAN connection to the DD-WRT router, perhaps with port forwarding or something else?
