Would have thought 'partially' would be a very superfluous adjective in the context of a safe!

Sure a partially open safe is simply an open safe

I think this could have happened in many areas in the country with a high levels of degenerates. This area seems to have a load of them. Watching the kids in the clips is awful. What will they grow up to be. Judicial system is the problem in this country, the penalties of crime here are not harsh enough, prison to these scobes his a respite camp. Where that improve on they criminal activitys not regret them. This is totally unfair to the average normal working ordinary people of this country. I'd welcome and vote for a politician or party who'd promise to punish criminals and punish people who don't make an honest effort to work. Again the system is arseways and low life's will suck this dry.

Took a walk yesterday, saw more people out yesterday than I would any other day. Nice to see so many people out enjoying the snow, building igloos and snowmen in the parks instead of being stuck inside on their iPads. And this is how some people get their fun.

It seems like a lot of effort to get some change and a few fifties. I can't imagine a dirt cheap shop in a poor area is going to have much cash on site (even if there hasn't been a drop off to the bank in a while).
I would have thought there would be more cash sales and less card sales if the area is disadvantaged, especially if lodgements couldn't be made due to weather. A day’s cash takings in a store like that (given the panic buying on Thursday) would be significant.

Did they get the contents of the safe?

I can't imagine Lidl could have lodged any takings since Wed? Maybe the security firm collected since then?

I equally despair with the 'poor little mites' attitude that has infested the thread. I hope the Connors lad has hacked a load of accounts or the country is down the toilet already.

So you're saying the vigilantes should slit the children's throats first?

At least you're not a paedo though

Theres only outrage online about this. The offenders will get free legal aid and a slap on the wrist.

I also expect someone to also ask serious questions about the number of cops that appear to pile on to the digger driver on the ground in that video. :pac:

I'm guessing I'm pretty out of touch but I thought Snapchat was supposed to delete your videos after a few seconds? Wasn't that the whole point of it?

Look, you'll just have to call her, apologise and convince her not to share those nudes you sent.

You think lidl wouldn't have large amounts of cash?

Absolutely...... abandoned by an uncaring state for days in the snow, they smashed a symbol of capitalistic oppression in their midst.

He deleted his comment after the JCB attack happened, but his words are being twisted now big time to pretend he was in full support of the whole incident. He's threatening law suits.

    He condoned looting and theft

Is anyone confident that these people will receive appropriate sentences? Will they ****, we are a soft soft touch

Can't blame them for piling on the digger driver. If it's the same driver to tore a whole through Lidl and nicked the safe.

High volume, low cost goods, accepting card payments, definitely wouldn't have as much cash as a pub or bookies.

I realise I have answered my own question as to their motivation.

Would they keep it on site though?

What could they do with it if the banks were closed and security firms couldn't collect? Strog emphasis on IF ...I don't know whether that was the case.

Just had a look at the John Connors twitter profile. He has some chip on his shoulder. He got caught out by condoning looting and robbing and wants to deflect it all because of 'racism'.

No John you received criticism because your comments were reprehensible. If you want to be taken seriously, don't say stupid $hit.

I’m not his biggest fan but context of his statement is useful before the usual boards pile on.

If you didn't know better, the hashtags would lead you to believe it's storm damage.

Those safes normally only have change and floats, and I'd imagine they wouldn't have gotten a change delivery because of the weather, so realistically there was probably less than 5 grand in the till.

In the video you can quite obviously see its not bread being stolen, he condoned theft and looting, thats all the context that is required

I posted earlier saying the biggest FU they could get would be if the lidls and aldis pulled out of the locality and they were left with a marks and spencer.

Marks and Spencer pulled out of Tallaght years ago.

There is no context that makes his idiotic text defensible.
