    Hi darced,

    Thanks for your post.

We can accept a tax credit certificate, if issued within the last six months. Can I ask what type of bill you have, is it from a utility provider?

    Thanks
    Tara

    Hi darced,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

Please be assured that our New Account team will contact you with an update as soon as possible. This may be slightly delayed due to our contact centres and branches closing last week due to the severe weather alerts. Please keep an eye on your emails for any update in the coming days.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
