Procedure to cancel a Meteor (now Eir) mobile broadband account?

    Hi,

    what is the procedure to cancel a legacy Meteor (now Eir) mobile broadband account? It's one of the those Heanet accounts available to staff and students of 3rd level colleges.

    Thanks for contacting us here.

    In order to cancel your bill pay contract and change to prepay, you will need to give us 30 days cancellation notice. Please call our customer support team on  1901 option 4 and they will be happy to assist you there.
