    Hi Morrisseeee,

Thanks for posting here on Boards.

If you are registered for banking 365, you can send a transfer electronically. You can do this either through SEPA, or an International transfer. SEPA transfers can take one business day, and International transfers can take up to 5 business days to reach the payee.

SEPA transfers have no additional charges. Please see here for International charges associated. Just to mention if you're sending an International payment, there may be charges from the intermediary bank, which you would need to contact separately for more information.

Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
    Thanks again,
    Jane

It's not international, it'll be between BOI accounts. Is it just IBAN and BIC that's needed ?

    Hi Morrisseeee,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Yes, that's all you'll need. The BIC, IBAN and the payees name as it appears on their account.

Once you add the payee the payment should reach the payee account, the same day if made during business hours. The exception to this would be a credit card payment, which would take 24 hours if made before 3:30 pm.

Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks again,
    Jane.
