Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Goalkeepers must now reach at minimum the 21 yard line with their kickouts. It has led to longer kickouts and plenty of marks but also some costly mistakes by some teams as seen in the video below which features two incidents of poor kickout routines from last weekends matchups. Will goalies figure it out or will this become a feature of this year's Championship?

In this clip, Senan Connell analyses Stephen Cluxton's successful kickouts v Kildare and how he has adapted his game to the new rule.

    In those two examples:

    1. The kickout was fine it was the woeful return pass.

    2. Was a stupid option. You need to hit someone coming at the ball not running towards it.

Only clueless managers can't grasp the concept such as my own in Galway.
Defenders just walking out with backs to the keeper and then standing static beside their marker so the balls kicked long and lost 35-75% of the time.

    Well that didn't work .....

They should make Cluxton wear diver's boots.

To create a level playing field.
