Boiled egg and a bagel thin. Boiled the egg last night and just reheated it this morning ( mornings are extremely rushed!) had it in work.

How do you reheat a boiled egg? I've never heard of this!

Bought a big crate of strawberries while in polonez the order day - think it's a kilo weight, which cost 12€ (I thought was great value) pic attached.

Been eating lots of strawberries since (the kids love strawberries too)

Anyway this am had a lovely navel orange / strawberry fruit salad with some Greek yoghurt and a boiled egg in a mug (not pictured)

    The fruit salad was amazing.

For the last while, and today is no different:
Half an aldi toasting muffin (toasted on bagel mode)
An amount of butter suitable for twice as much muffin
An egg, quickly fried in super hot oil so it's super crispy on the bottom but the yolk is soft (plenty of salt and pepper)

Peeled it and reheated in the microwave

Wow. Is the egg hard or soft boiled, and does it taste the same? I might try this.

Apt Username. I'm staying tuned to find out how this mystery pans out. :D

This morning I had a couple of boiled eggs, mashed in a mug with a bit of salt and pepper, couple of butcher made sausages (butchers own recipe - they're smashing. Seriously) couple of mushrooms and a toasted bagel.

I'm in Tubingen and enjoyed a fresh custardy almond berliner for my breakfast with a milky coffee, while wandering. :)

Yesterday we had a mushy breakfast. Sausages cooked in the Airfryer then cut into chunks. Chopped rashers dry fried, sliced onions and mushrooms sautéed with a little garlic, then all thrown in together with a tin of tomatoes and lots of black pepper. Simmered for a while and served with fried eggs and hash browns. You could actually crack the eggs in for an Irish Huevos Rancheros.

Traditional for me. We usually have that for brekkie at the weekend.

This morning I, having watched too much Binging with Babish before bed, made egg in a nest.

It's an egg (or two) soft boiled and mashed in a cup with butter, salt and pepper. Baby food, basically. :)

Huevos rancheros. Cafe I go to does really good ones so said I'd try make my own.

Tortilla, refried beans, salsa, chorizo, chedder and 2 poached eggs.

Only had wheat tortillas. I'll try and have corn ones nest time and some acacado and sour cream would be good too. They were still tasty though and a nice change from bacon.

Do you know the difference when bread has been frozen then toasted as opposed to Fresh?

Cheese toastie with a couple of fried eggs on top.

I gave a go to buttering the outside with mayonnaise, and it worked very well.
