    For breakfast! :p

I regret nothing! And it was my day off.

And boy, they had a kick!

Hash browns, grilled hickory bacon, poached egg and toasted bagel with a side of beans.

Just what a grown man needs in his belly before a day in town on a Xmas work beer session.

The young lad wanted a boiled egg so I just used the cling film method and plonked that egg next to his.

I reckon it was over done just ever so slightly (I like runny eggs)

My 7 year old has simple tastes and loves eggs.

Best moment for her is when she stabs it and it explodes like a volcano!

Two sausage egg and cheese breakfast tacos. I make three weeks' worth of these tacos and freeze them. Also a banana and some coffee.

I liberally spread toast with peanut butter, mash up a banana on top, then drink strong black coffee

I don't usually do breakfast any more, but today is the first day of my week off, and I felt it needed celebrating (though the bloody cats woke me at 7 anyway).
I made myself a smoked cheese quesadilla with onion, red peppers and scrambled egg inside, drizzled with bbq sauce.

We have baked ham (cold) with fried eggs every morning until the Christmas ham is all gone. It's gone now so I had a boiled egg :(

    Nice and simple this morning.

    Bagel toasted and buttered.
    2 x poached eggs.
2 x slices of white pudding grilled.

I'm not really a fan of pudding per say, (That's just a little too processed meat for me), but the local butcher does his own, and it's award winning apparently.

Was a tasty (if a bit light) breakfast.

The last bit of puff pastry, topped with semi dried cherry tomatoes, chorizo, and mozzarella. Very tasty, but I need to get back to the diet.
