Kilbogget Park D18 Strange looking building

Hi all,
My apologies for if this is the wrong place for this.
Can anyone tell me what this odd building is within Kilbogget Park?

When you approach it at ground level you will notice that it has lots of HF Antennae and its bristling with serious looking CCTV cameras. The Doors and windows look to be seriously armored and it has a high access door.

It has always intrigued me as to what sort of infrastructure is in there.
Sorry I dont have any pics and google doesnt have a street level view from the path.

Just wondering if any locals might know what it is?

afaik its something to do with the gas network, perhaps some kind of monitoring station.

Thank you for this. It’s always been a mystery to me.. such lovely architecture on all of them. I had always also wondered what the sandyford Luas structure is as well so two birds.
