    Hello

I am writing here to ask because the factory i work in is closing during summer for 2 weeks.

Am i still entitled to have my holiday or does that take my holiday when the factory is closed?

Because they denied all our holidays because they are closing for 2 weeks and they took that as giving us all 2 weeks holiday?

    Thanks

the compmnay can choose to allocate holidays like this

however, full time workers should be getting 20 days holiday not 10

#1 rule. Read your contract. It's normal in a work contract to state that holiday choices are at the discretion of the employer. So the employer can state that you have to take holidays during those two weeks.

I don't know if you're seriously thinking you get a free extra fortnight on top ?
