    I want to request to look at CCTV at a store of me being falsely detained and accused of robbing how do I go about this

    i'd suggest get on to a solicitor and ask them to do it.

    In what way we're you detained?
    Were you just asked for a receipt or taken back into a room.

    Were the gardai called?

    You have no right to this. You can contact the Garda station and they can request a copy for evidence if a crime has been committed.
    Contact a solicitor for a chat and outline your situation.

    One has the right to apply for their electronic data of any footage if request through freedom of information.

    You need to be quick as some don't hold footage for very long.

    You have the right to view video footage of yourself https://www.dataprotection.ie/docs/Home/4.htm but as pointed you need to be very quick to seek it
