Pubs with decent selection of gluten-free beers

Where has the best selection of GF craft beers... read that 9 white deer microbrewers from Cork have a decent ale and stout but no draft yet... looking for some other choices other than common ones like Estrella GF... there's a GF bitter from Waterford, that available in town?

Never saw it. Try Caribou, Salt House and Bierhaus.

You see Estrella Daura in some pubs but not much more than that I'd imagine.

Neachtains usually have one or two and they rotate them. Not sure what's in now.
