Sorry, no disrespect intended, you're as entitled to your view as I would like to think I am to mine, but you're a lot more reasonable than I am and when I get into my moments of fury perhaps it would be better to ignore me. Posts like "Suning out" aren't meant to be constructive, it's just me venting. I live and breathe Inter, if I lived in Italy I would go to every match, home and away, and would very much be part of the ultra scene (which I have no doubt you would be too). But part of that with me is being unreasonable. I'll happily discuss Inter with you but, whilst it hasn't, I could see us both getting frustrated with each other which would be a shame so when you think I'm out of line, maybe ignoring me would be best. Again, I don't mean any disrespect at all in saying that, just I think we are both polar opposites in our thinking on how the club should be run (although perhaps we do share the same ideal of being self-sufficient, just different ideas on how to get there) and therefore it's not healthy to continue the discussion. As I said, no disrespect intended.

In terms of closing the third tier, the green third tier was always my favourite place to watch a match. You got the atmosphere from the second tier, there was almost always an overspill of ultras in there or perhaps ultras who wanted to see the match as well as actively support the team and it was generally a great place to watch from.

No worries mate, I don't take any offence at all and you're in no way out of line, I know you're just being passionate which is good. It's just I know my view on the topic won't change and there's no point is us going around in circles especially in the thread where other people have to put up with us. At the end of the day we do both want the same thing, a healthy club that can compete with the best on both a sporting and financial level, how we get there isn't really important so long as we actually getting there.

I've never been in the top tier myself so can't say, maybe they could leave the green one open but close the others so that there could be more people in the curva but not have people too spread out in the rest of the stadium. I always figured that Ultras who wanted to actually watch the match would just go to the sides of the curva where there aren't so many flags.

I don't know why there is always a few in the third green. It could be to do with not being able to get tickets for the second green, it could be people who can't afford the second green but I always found a few lunatics like myself to watch the match with. Perhaps it's even people who don't like the absolute lawlessness of the second green but still want to enjoy the atmosphere (I've got to say, I'm a bit iffy about the second green as I've seen a few things which I think needed figures of authority - police, ambulance for example - but they just weren't there. One was a fella fast asleep, out cold, probably because of alcohol but anything could have happened. I tried to get help for him but got told to f\/ck off. OK, so the overriding likelihood was he was scuttered and would have gotten up whenever and gone home, maybe he was even an alcoholic, but it doesn't seem right that no help was given. The chap could easily have been so p1ssed that he died and whilst I like the general lawlessness, there are times when emergency services are needed). I'm aiming on going into the second green when I go over for Inter - Napoli but I do think there should at least be ambulance people there.

Probably lucky to hang on but still a significant improvement on recent games vs the bigger sides. Calabria was impressive.

Milan winning is a good result for Inter, now we need is for Samp to not lose tonight but I expect Roma to scrape a win.

I have to say Alisson is some keeper

He has been Roma's best player this season

I'm only seeing this now, I have a habit of scanning for my own posts by looking for my sig and only reading posts after that, and because we have the same sig I sometimes forget and miss your posts. Yeah it can be like that but that's the nature of the curva and something I like about it myself, but I can understand what you mean alright. I do get why some people don't want to go there and it would be great if the top tier could be used as a section where there was a friendlier atmosphere but still had the singing and standing, maybe where some younger or older fans who aren't ready or are past the craziness of the second tier could go too.

He has been excellent alright, can see why Liverpool are supposed to be after him but hopefully he doesn't end up there. Didn't see much of the first half, only the last 10 mins or so but it looked like a good game, won't get to see the second half either but a Samp win would be nice.

wow what a result for Samp

A real get out of jail card for Inter as well

Grande Doria! I knew they'd take something off Roma but thought it would be a draw. So, effectively, a horrendous performance and an awful result finishes as a point gained. I can see fourth place being a question of who is the least bad rather than who is better.

Looking at Roma & Inter's form its a shame for Milan that their first half of the season was such an unmitigated disaster.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 870 ✭✭✭FCIM

Disappointed in Spalletti over letting Nagatomo go. Not the best left back ever, far from it, but this season he's been much more reliable than Santon and Cancelo on the left isn't going to work because he's too out of position.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 870 ✭✭✭FCIM

It would appear Suning have blocked the deals for Pastore and Brozovic. Time they shipped out. Completely without ambition or a shred of decency and honesty.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 870 ✭✭✭FCIM

Sabatini has moved hell and high water this month to bring in players who can support Spalletti and Suning have continually shot him in the foot. Spalletti has done a very good job but receives no help from the Zhangs. I wish both of them well with their future clubs because two men of their calibre surely won't hang around to work under idiots like our owners much longer.

Candreva starts again :(. WTF does he have to do to get dropped?!?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 31,152 ✭✭✭✭KERSPLAT!

    Needed that

Horrendous performance. I'd bring Cancelo on for Candreva and Rafinha for Vecino. I'd also put a rocket up D'Ambrosio.

mg Inter just throwing CL qualification away

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,542 ✭✭✭dor83

We're just lucky that Roma have been going through such a bad patch too but they should win tomorrow. Rafinha and Karamoh need to be starting next match, I thought both did well when they came on tonight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 870 ✭✭✭FCIM

Perisic, Candreva, Borja Valero and Vecino are absolutely without dignity. They collect the wages and just put out horrendous performance after horrendous performance. I'd sack Ausilio on the spot because he brought in these clowns and I'd bring in Oriali because he is a quality staff member to have and I'd bring in Matrix in some capacity because we need someone at the club who won't put up with this and will smash heads against walls when people don't put in the kind of effort which should be expected.

    Good result for Inter

Im not sure how Anderson is still a Lazio player, the guy just not good enough and is a shadow of the player he was a few seasons ago

Shocking VAR decision against Genoa near the end almost cost them the victory. Glad they managed to nick a winner in the end anyway
