I bought a graphics card on ebay, turns out its a fake. Should I contact the seller first, ebay support, or paypal to get a refund? They're apparently all over ebay like a bad rash. I bought on Nov 28 2017 and have had issues before with it being too late to start a case with paypal.

Ebay recommends following route - contact seller -- contact ebay --- contact paypal (more/less).

Paypal dispute/claim process timeframes changed recently, so now you've up to 6 months from date of purchase to open a dispute.

Did you only receive it now, or why do you think it's a fake?
