Go Pro Problem

    I have a problem with my go pro .i bought the go pro hero 6 recently and Whenever i am trying to put files from it to my pc it shows that its connected but It shows an empty folder. I tried to plug the go pro to the computer using the usb cable and then turn it on as it said on the app (quik) but it still didnt help . Did anyone else have that problem or have any suggestions on what i could do to fix it ? Im just worried that it could be the go pros problem . Thank you .

    Quik can auto import them, are you sure it hasnt done that for you?
