Hi guys, I'm getting this message with my all4 app,. cannot be run on second screens. I can get audio but no video. BBC iPlayer is fine, but for some reason the channel 4 app will not work,it's 6.2.1. Also itv hub is fine.

What exactly do you mean by 2nd screen? All4 has Chromecast support.

Make sure to cast from the APP, not your device option in settings.

I have an archos TV connect android box,and it has HDMI to the TV. It's 4.1 android.

When I connect and sign in it says the all4 app does not support 2nd screen.

    That explains things somewhat.

Your Android box doesn't have a primary display and your connected screen is recognized as a secondary display.

If it is Android TV device you should have chromecast built in, so you maybe able to cast the all4 app from another device to it.

Casting would suck, need to change source all the time for controls.

Its a restriction from CH4 OP, with that setup you'll have to abandon All4 I suspect.

TV hasn't got that, it's a big standard pre smart TV.
