Contacting TodayFM about competiton prize

Sorry if this is the wrong place, but anyone know the best person or email to contact in TodayFM about a competition prize that I won that I still haven't received yet?

Won a vinyl copy of the Fleet Foxes current album on Paul McCloone's show one night when Kelly Ann Byrne was filling in for him a few weeks ago, but haven't heard anything back yet.

I've tweeted Kelly Ann and emailed Kate Brennan Harding who is his producer/researcher but haven't heard a peep back from any of them.

Did you have any joy with receiving the Album?

I'm in the same boat after winning a prize last October and I had some contact with Kate who I found to be very rude. She has now stopped responding to my queries :-(

I won a vinyl on McLoone's show around 2 years ago. Prize never came. E-mailed info@ and McLoone separately and no response.

Seems Ms Kate Brennan is the weak link. I found a complaints email for TodayFM and send a couple lines with the correspondence already made. That's the last I'm doing with it.

Tweeted the producer and got a response when my prize was delayed

Am I just old, or is the obvious solution not to just phone them and speak to an actual person rather than sending emails and tweeting?

Have won a couple of things from them, never had a problem.

I think it comes down to the producer for the show, it seems to land on their desk
