New position in company - New contract = more money but worse conditions?

Hi Maybe the wrong section to ask but here goes anyway, Company has new owner, they need a new supervisor, I got the job, comes with more money but with new contract they are removing things like paid break? Can they do that?

Can they do that?

Yes as long as you get your statutory breaks which are 15 minutes after four and a half hours and another fifteen minutes after six hours both if which can be unpaid.

Retail is different from this.
