Issue with BattleEye

Hi guys.

Have an issue with BattleEye anticheat and steam lately, namely that the BattleEye fails and the relevent game won't load.

My current fix for this:
1 - Go to the BattleEye folder in the common folder for the game.
2 - Uninstall
3 - Verify integrity of game cache
4 - restart steam and hey presto.

Problem with this, is that this then wrecks it for other games.
E.g: if i "fix" it for Arma 3, then it fails for PUBG and Visa Versa.

Any ideas on how i can do a global fix, because this is wrecking my tits.
