I have a Nordmende Dishwasher and the door no longer stays up. I took apart the dishwasher and found the issue. A bolt/piece has snapped.

There are two holes to the left of the metal bracket. The top hole you can see part of the bolt is still in there. There is a roller, exactly the same as the one shown that should be attached to this hole with the bolt part.

Does anyone know where to buy this bolt/the correct name for it?

I presume I'll need to drill out the existing one and replace.

You could have the part 3D printed if you can find a design for it on Shapeways or a similar site

I’d guess it’s riveted rather than bolted in? Should be easy to cobble something together though using the old roller.

Can you unscrew the bottom one and get a machine shop to make you one? I'm assuming they're both identical. If you were to go the machine spared route I'd say you'll need to buy the complete plate assembly.

I'm not sure, I'd think I'd need to drill it out.

It does seem to be a flat head rivet. I have a normal rivet gun, not sure it works with flat heads. (I'm very amateur hour!)

If you put the model number etc in a e-mail to contact at Normende ( kalcsu@kal.ie ) Hopefully that will help. It could prove a bit of a bother. Have you tried for a second hand item?
