Video Editing Software other than Premiere that can run 2 "Webcam" streams simltensly

    Basically I have the hardware: An i7 and 8GB ram, with Windows 8.1
    But I don't want to use Adobe Premiere.
    What Legal video editing software is suitable?

    I want to make a "chat show" type of video.

    One webcam is the laptop webcam, the other is a logitech webcam.

    What video editing software can record 2 video streams together?

    Update: Managed to do it: Running Lenovo Youcam vid software bundled originally with machine recording 1 vid stream, and Picasa 3 the other vid stream.
