How long can it take to open an account?

    Hi there I've been trying to open a personal account since the 22nd of December...last Friday January 5th I had to take some more proof to my branch and was told if approved I should receive a sms with IBAN but I'm still waiting. I need the account for my employer to pay me so I need it asap. How long does it take?

    Please be assured your IBAN will be sent to you as soon as your account is open and active. If you wish to query this, you can call the account opening team on 1890 365 100 and choose option 5.
