There is so much so wrong about Corrie atm, but Phelan is the one thing they have done so well with. There he was boasting to Billy about how he's untouchable and has the arrogance to start the clapping!

I don't think I've ever despised a character as much as Pat.

Is Pat one of the worst baddies in a soap in a long time?
Sometimes they are rapists/murderers/generally baddies but Pat has raped, framed people, committed arson, and murdered.

I'll admit I'm a hypocrite when it comes to Phelan. I wanted him found out and gone when Vinny did a runner and I've hated his guts ever since. But the last couple of months he's upped his game so well. Everything he does is deceitful and creating another layer of his evil.

I think up until now he hasn't wanted to be as bad as he's been. Ok, maybe a little with Michael :pac: . But now hes getting cocky and he thinks no one can stop him, I would imagine this is where he becomes most dangerous!

I love that we're in on it. When I heard that clap this evening, before the camera swung round I knew it was going to be him :pac:

What's with all the reporters suddenly besieging the place? We've had serial killers , tram crashes, child abductions, stabbings on the cobbles. ....but some random fella with no discernable family connection to the street is found dead in a car miles away and suddenly it's press conferences and breakingnews.com

The only other occasion i remember a media frenzy (in Corrieland) is when Tommy Nelson was murdered by the daughter Katy way back in 2005

They did news reports during the tram crash I think Ken might have being interviewed.
The journalists reminded me a little of the one's that were in Fair City outside the O'Brien's house when Katy was left go.

Correcting you here. It should be 'Seb to be a fully qualified and experienced mechanic by February 1st'.

Especially if he trains at the same mechanic school as Tyrone and Debbie Dingle.
