Coronation Street [News, Spoilers and Discussion] contd

This is what I think will happen with Phelan: Eileen will find Pat's gun, and, combined with all the stuff the Windasses (!) have said about Pat, start putting 2 and 2 together. She will confront Pat and he will confess everything. She will tell Pat that she is going to the police, and Phelan will lie that he has Todd and Summer held captive somewhere, and if she calls the cops he will never say where they are, and let them die. He will then try to make his escape from the street...I don't think they will kill him off, or if they do Eileen will be the one to do it.

Maybe Andy has been hiding out in or around that building for the last while -not dead at all and saw all the shenanigans with Luke and Phelan, got to the car before Phelan shot the fuel tank and saved Luke

Poor Luke I think the chances of him surviving are very low. He won't be as lucky as Billy who survived stabbing himself in an artery in his leg a couple of days before he survived falling off a cliff and landing on a rocky outcrop :-D

Not getting much fun out of the Phelan story line anymore - yes he is a great baddie but his kill rate is getting high and I'd prefer to see the likes of Luke catch him out. Now Luke's girlfriend has lost her father and her boyfriend in fires. Of course the racist lads will be blamed and Phelan will once again get away Scott free!!

At this rate all his misdoings are been forgotten about - no-one will ever find out he held Andy prisoner for so long there is something unsatisfactory about that.

That's annoying me too. The only way is if he confesses. He might just do that eventually to Eileen. It has to come out. Poor Andy.

I was of the opinion that the gash on his head was from his previous physical hit from Pat. He ducked from the bullet and stayed down so Pat would think he'd been hit. His door was stuck so I was hoping he'd he'd climbed out the back door behind the passenger seat before out of view Pat started the fire. One can dream I suppose.

It was the same gash only it had time to bleed a little more. He seemed very alert when he had that head down. Still can't believe Andy didn't shoot Pat when he had the chance. !
