Genuine VU+ Solo2 IpabTv image has been working fine for past 3 years but was adding IPTV m3u to HDD via ftp and it went into a loop. unplugged and repowered up...snow screen only now. Will not reflash through any usb port, tried 3 different usb pens all formatted FAT 32 and cleaned.
I did notice that the IP address stays the same no matter how many times it is restarted. Is there a way to repair/reboot/restart from FlashFXP screen?

Its tricky when they go wrong, you can try a few things, take off all cables, BUT power off first and turn switch off at back as well. disconnect the hdd. Then try to load a different image, openpli is a good one. If it loads you can start from scratch.

Is flash fxp the ftp client? And can you log on using that ip address? I use Winscp which is ace, if you can log on you could access the hdd and it might even have a backup or find that file you ftp'd and delete it.

Brought it up to SatWorld in D12 and they sorted it while I waited for only €20 which included a bit of education!! Top class operation and the most friendly guys...unreservedly recommend them. I had bought a VU+ Turbo DVB_T tuner and a Trilink box from them online before. They had a variety of new and used boxes for sale, interesting place.
