Cost of laying wooden floor

I have a floor that is 16sqm and I am planning to put down an engineered oak wood floor. It will be herringbone style. What should I expect to pay (inc vat) for it to be fitted?

I'd say close to 700 euro. 35euro/m2 plus vat
