Hi all! Just catching up now. Always loved Ann ever since she confronted that child murdering bastard Mick Philpott.

I'm quite surprised by jess, I expected her to be thick and ditsy but I like her from what I've seen of her so far. Although as others have said, is it a case of "the toff effect", she undoubtedly knows how to act for camera. Time will tell I guess.

I still like Ann and I actually agree with a lot of her opinions so far! When she was talking about motherhood I don't think she was necessarily saying if you have children you shouldn't work, just that it's swung too far the other way from what it was, which I agree with. In her day it was a case of "What, you're choosing to go to work and leave your children at home????" Now it's gone to the other extreme - "What, you just stay at home with your children and don't go out to work????" I get this all the time, like I'm letting down the sisterhood by choosing to stay at home and raise my children and let my husband have the career. It's not considered very "feminist" and not the popular opinion these days but it's my choice.

    AILAIL!!

Dapper laughs should be good has a bad media rep but is actually a very likeable sort, dark horse for the win

Did not know that Gizmo, must look it up. Yeah I like Ann,she's very up front, what you see is what you get, and I like that quality in people.

Off topic but did anyone see the new sitcom on Ch4 "Derry Girls" ? It's hilarious, my new favourite show.

It was 6 of his own kids, he set fire to the house. Ann confronted him about how he was swindling the system beforehand and knew and showed how he was a horrible character.

Ewwww. None for me tonight for a change. Not dry January, just an attempt at healthy(ish) January. Boo. I'll have to get the Fat Frogs in for the final though.
