Smartphones are assholes. I needed to do a hard reset yesterday on my Galaxy S8, couldn't think of my email password so changed it on the laptop and now my phone is blocked for 24hours. What's 24hours without a phone you say? Well it means instead of working from home for a few hours today I am now in my office

Probably trivially annoying, but earlier I went to Lidl and somebody had parked in the pedestrian entrance. I could barely get in, and if I were a nasty person, I might have keyed the car. I didn't. And there were loads of other parking places.

extremely trivial but annoying.
I was in a local centra today. they have a cardboard promotional display for 7up I think. there is a cardboard roof on it . what is annoying is that the slates are printed on but they just did rectangles in rows instead of making it look like slates. its printed so would make no difference to the cost. it would have only taken the designer a few seconds to draw it properly but they didn't bother

Day off today.

A few months ago I got an old friend/co-worker to join me in my new job. having a great time with him there. He's smart, a hard worker and a good mate.

He's covering today whilst I'm off. However something huge kicked off today (We work in incident management) so I've been helping him from home all day because he's still really new.

It is kinda trivial because I don't mind helping him, it's just that I'd rather be binging on black mirror.
