Just a note on this company, I ordered a treadmill for my wife in nov for xmas. It arrived eventually with a crack on the back side of the computer. Had a nightmare with customer care, slow respone and no responce and in the end they went to ground and would not reply. I opened a case with visa for chrage back. I passed on…

Just a note on this company, I ordered a treadmill for my wife in nov for xmas. It arrived eventually with a crack on the back side of the computer. Had a nightmare with customer care, slow respone and no responce and in the end they went to ground and would not reply. I opened a case with visa for chrage back. I passed on this info to the company the case was open. They than replied saying the part was on the way with tracking number. Guess what, tracking number was not valid and the replacment never arrived for xmas.!!!!! SO my disappointed wife got a broken treadmill xmas day. Angry is'nt the word. What a rip off stay clear folks.
